Evans Project

A rustic lodge reimagined with elevated comfort. Megan Long softened the industrial bones and timber structure with refined finishes, layered textiles, and thoughtful lighting, creating a space that feels warm, tailored, and easy to live in. The kitchen pairs classic cabinetry with a sleek coffee bar and vertical artisan tile, while the living areas center on a modern stove, vintage art, and curated natural elements. A tranquil bath with a sculptural tub and brass accents completes the retreat, balancing rugged character with timeless luxury. This project reflects the studio’s collaborative, detail-driven approach to crafting luxurious, livable spaces.

Holt Project

A classic Southern home refined for everyday living. Megan Long layered timeless architecture with warm woods, polished brass, and collected art to create rooms that feel elegant, welcoming, and personal. Custom arch-top built-ins frame the hearth, a bright cook’s kitchen blends painted cabinetry with a generous island and glass pendants, and curated textiles and vintage rugs add color and soul from entry to dining. Thoughtful details in lighting and hardware tie the whole home together with quiet luxury.

The Bougie Bear

Nestled in Sevierville, Tennessee, this luxury Airbnb blends eclectic charm with modern refinement. Bold patterns, rich textures, and curated furnishings create a vibrant yet elegant atmosphere, from the jungle-inspired wallpaper in the powder room to the geometric guest shower tile. The open-concept kitchen and living areas feature warm wood finishes and striking accents, while the loft offers a cozy retreat with custom seating and a shuffleboard table. Thoughtfully designed for both function and beauty, this Smoky Mountain escape sets a new standard for luxury vacation rentals.

We brought a vision of modern luxury with timeless elegance to life in this stunning new construction home in the esteemed Arcadia Peninsula community. Designed for a former HGTV executive, the project included a comprehensive design for both the interior and exterior, from architectural details to bespoke furniture selections. Through a partnership with Summerour Architects, every element was thoughtfully curated to evoke a sense of quiet sophistication, blending contemporary design with the understated charm of old-money luxury. The result is a seamless fusion of modern living with classic elegance, making this home a true sanctuary of refined beauty.
